Supply of heating oil to the oil-fired boiler room of an agricultural education school during the 2026/2027 heating season

Summary

The contract covers the delivery of up to 100,000 litres of heating oil to the oil-fired boiler room of the agricultural education school named in the notice in Leśna Podlaska during the 2026/2027 heating season, with the contract running until 31 August 2027. Due to lower demand, the purchased quantity may be reduced to no less than 50,000 litres. Deliveries will be made in actual litres, in batches of 8,000–10,000 litres and multiples of 100 litres. The fuel must meet the specified technical parameters and applicable Polish standards adopting European standards. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and delivery time (40%). A PLN 7,000 bid guarantee is required, and the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 2% of the gross tender price before signing the contract.
