Supply of pickled, vegetable and fruit products and dried vegetables

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of pickled vegetable products, processed fruit and vegetable products, and dried vegetables for Zakład Karny w Rawiczu for 12 months from 1 October 2026. The procurement has three lots, and bids may be submitted for any number of lots: Lot 1 covers 8,000 kg of sauerkraut and 8,000 kg of pickled cucumbers; Lot 2 covers a range of processed fruit, vegetables, soy products, jams, preserves, legumes and related products, including 2,500 kg of tomato paste, 5,000 kg of strawberry jam and 7,000 kg of medium Jaś beans; Lot 3 covers dried vegetables, including 1,000 kg of dried vegetable mix and 1,000 kg of dried carrots. The estimated quantities may be reduced, but the contracting authority guarantees ordering at least 70% of the quantities stated in the price form. Deliveries must be made using the supplier’s own transport and at its expense to Rawicz, from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 12:00, generally within three days of an order. Products must comply with the detailed food-quality, packaging, shelf-life, Polish-language labelling, sanitary and HACCP requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 09:30. Evaluation is based on price (60%), payment period (20%) and complaint-resolution period (20%).
