Creation of an electricity generation system using a photovoltaic power plant of up to 150 kW with an energy storage system

Summary

The contract covers the design, supply, installation, commissioning and grid connection of a photovoltaic electricity generation system for the healthcare facility in Siemiatycze, including a PV installation with a total capacity of 139.70 kWp and up to 150 kW, an outdoor energy storage system, an EMS and monitoring system, supporting structures, electrical and construction works, fire protection, documentation, testing, training, warranty and maintenance. The works must be completed within 60 calendar days from contract signature. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 09:00. The award criteria are price (60%), linear power warranty (20%) and the warranty/service guarantee for the complete installation (20%).
