Construction of a brine graduation tower with site development under the “Zgierz – a modern city after hours” project

Summary

The contract covers design-and-build delivery of a brine graduation tower in Zgierz, including complete design documentation, the tower and associated infrastructure, small architecture, site development, irrigation for planted areas, and a paved footpath from the riverside crossing along the Bzura River to 1 Maja Street. The contractor must obtain the required opinions, approvals and administrative decisions, provide plant maintenance for two years after final acceptance, and submit one total price covering the entire scope. The works are to be completed within 3 months of signing the contract and no later than 18 December 2026.
