Supply of sterilization materials

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of sterilization materials and related equipment, tests, packaging and protective gloves for 19 lots. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots, including all lots. The contract will run for 12 months, with successive deliveries generally within 5 working days and, where requested, urgent deliveries within 24 hours on working days. The bid deadline is 27 August 2026 at 09:00. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish using the required price and tender forms and signed with an accepted electronic signature. Gross price is the sole award criterion for lots 1–4 and 7–18; lots 5, 6 and 19 are evaluated on 40% price and 60% product quality/usability. Samples are mandatory for lots 5, 6 and 19.
