Delivery of pellets to the organisational units of the Lubawa municipality

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of approximately 200 tonnes of non-industrial wood pellets to two schools of the Lubawa municipality over 10 months. Deliveries will be ordered in writing as needed, with an estimated delivery size of 7 tonnes, and the supplier must unload the pellets into the boiler-room storage hopper. The pellets must have a calorific value of at least 17,000 kJ/kg, ash content of no more than 1.1%, sulphur content of no more than 0.8% and moisture content of no more than 12%. The contracting authority guarantees a minimum purchase of 30% of the estimated quantity. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 27 August 2026 at 09:00. Price accounts for 60% of the score and the declared delivery time for 40%; delivery within 5, 10 or 15 days receives 40, 20 or 0 points respectively.
