Supply of bread and wheat flour

Summary

The tender concerns recurring deliveries of bread and wheat flour to the prison in Łupków and its external branch in Moszczaniec from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027. Estimated quantities are 47,000 kg of sliced, packaged wheat-rye basket bread without soy, 5,000 kg of sliced packaged wheat bread without soy, 800 kg of sliced wholemeal bread without soy, 80 kg of breadcrumbs and 1,900 kg of wheat flour. Deliveries must be made at the supplier’s cost and risk, generally daily excluding Sundays and public holidays, within the specified delivery hours. The contract is not divided into lots, the bid guarantee and performance security are not required, and price is the only award criterion. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding until 14 October 2026.
