Modernization of residential premises owned by the City of Wloclawek

Summary

The procurement concerns the modernization of residential premises owned by the City of Wloclawek, divided into two lots: Bojanczyka 20/22 unit 13 and Ceglana 1 unit 20. The works include plastering, renovation and finishing works, painting and glazing, floor and wall covering, joinery and carpentry, sanitary, electrical and electric-heating installations. Each lot must be completed within no more than 60 calendar days, with offers evaluated by gross price (60%) and completion time (40%). The contracting authority may order additional similar works up to 15% of the gross value of the basic order. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 09:00. A bid guarantee is required: PLN 446 for Lot 1 and PLN 680 for Lot 2.
