Comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas, including sale and distribution to the contracting authority’s facilities

Summary

The tender covers the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas, including sale, distribution and commercial balancing, to 10 gas consumption points at the contracting authority’s medical and office properties in Szczecin. Delivery is planned from 1 January to 31 December 2027, subject to successful completion of the supplier-switching procedure. Estimated consumption is 956,100 kWh, with a minimum quantity of 860,490 kWh. The supplier must provide separate invoices for each consumption point, arrange the supplier change with the distribution system operator, cover balancing obligations and costs, and replace meters at its own expense if adaptation is required. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100% weight. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain valid for 30 days. No bid guarantee is required and variants or partial offers are not allowed.
