Supply of computer equipment and a power generator, together with training services, under the Cybersecure Waterworks project

Summary

The procurement covers seven lots under the Cybersecure Waterworks project: servers, storage and NAS equipment; a 9 kW mobile generator with connection, commissioning and user training; cybersecurity training for 50 employees; USB-A U2F keys; managed network switches; UTM/next-generation firewall devices; and UPS equipment. Bids may be submitted for all lots and each lot is evaluated separately. Delivery periods are 90 days for Lot I and 60 days for Lots II–VII. Price and an additional warranty period are evaluated in Lots I, II, IV and VII, weighted at 80% and 20%; price is the only award criterion in Lots III, V and VI. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026. A bid guarantee of PLN 11,276.25 is required for Lot I.
