Summary

The contract covers roof covering and façade works for the newly built sauna building at Trzy Fale Water Park, Grunwaldzka Street, Słupsk. The works must be completed within 30 calendar days from handover of the site, which will take place no earlier than 7 September 2026. The minimum warranty and statutory liability periods are both 60 months. The price is the only award criterion and carries a weight of 100%.
