Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots: purchase and delivery of a new electric passenger car, and delivery and comprehensive installation of an electric vehicle charging station. Offers may be submitted for one or both lots. The contract must be completed by 28 September 2026, and bids must be submitted electronically through the designated purchasing platform by 27 August 2026 at 11:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40% of the evaluation score. Negotiations may be conducted for both lots. No bid security or performance security is required.
