Construction of the Pelikana–Kukułeczki street connector – Stage I

Summary

The tender concerns reconstruction of a road corridor and construction of the Pelikana–Kukułeczki street connector in Szczecin, including a pedestrian route and stairs, street lighting, protection of existing utilities, and tree and shrub removal or protection. The works must be completed within 3 months from handover of the construction site, which is to take place within 30 calendar days after contract signing. The bid must be submitted electronically by 4 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain valid for 30 days. A PLN 3,000 bid guarantee is required. Award criteria are price (60%), the proposed contractual penalty for inadequate or delayed temporary traffic signage (20%), and the proposed daily penalty for delay in completing the works (20%). The contractor must also provide 5% performance security, civil liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000, and a 60-month warranty period.
