Summary

The tender concerns the delivery and unloading of coal in four lots, with offers permitted for one or more lots. Lots 1 and 2 each cover 75 tonnes of eco-coal type 32.1, lot 3 covers 20 tonnes of eco-coal type 31 or 32.1, and lot 4 covers 2 tonnes of nut coal. Deliveries must be made within three working days of each order and no later than 30 October 2026. Transport costs must be included in the price, and each delivery must be accompanied by a quality test certificate or equivalent document. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain binding for 30 days.
