Summary

The tender concerns the design update and construction of road infrastructure for the development areas in Opole–Wrzoski, Stage I. The contract includes a public road, pedestrian and cycle path, street lighting, stormwater drainage, a technological duct, bus stops, permanent traffic management, author’s supervision and as-built documentation. The guaranteed works cover the section from km 0+000 to km 0+550; the contracting authority may additionally order optional works for the section from km 0+550 to km 0+768, with a decision on exercising the option made no later than five months after signing the contract.
