Delivery and unloading of heating fuel to buildings administered by Gmina Purda during the 2026/2027 heating season

Summary

The tender covers delivery and unloading of heating fuel for buildings administered by Gmina Purda for seven months from contract signature, divided into two lots. Lot 1 concerns approximately 342 tonnes of A1 wood pellets meeting EN 14961-4 or an equivalent standard, with an optional quantity range of 273.6–410.4 tonnes. Lot 2 concerns approximately 20 tonnes of hard coal of the eco-pea coal type, with an optional quantity range of 16–24 tonnes. The offer may cover one or both lots. Products must meet the specified technical parameters and be accompanied by a quality certificate issued by an independent authorised quality-control body, dated no earlier than six months before the tender deadline. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 11:00. Evaluation is based on gross price (60 points) and delivery time after demand notification (40 points); delivery must not exceed 24 hours, while delivery within six hours receives the full delivery-time score. No bid guarantee is required, but a performance security of 5% of the total gross bid price must be provided before contract signature.
