Successive delivery of light heating oil for heating the Jaworki Research Station

Summary

The tender concerns the successive delivery of approximately 5,000 litres of light heating oil for the ITP-PIB Research Station in Jaworki during the 2026/2027 heating season, from contract signature until 30 April 2027. Deliveries will be made in batches of approximately 1,000 litres to Biała Woda 12, at the supplier’s cost, within no more than three working days after each order. The estimated quantity may be increased or decreased by up to 30%. The oil must meet the specified quality standards, and the supplier’s tanker must have a verified fuel flow meter. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 26 August 2026 at 12:00 and remain valid until 24 September 2026.
