Supply of meat products and animal fats to the prison in Herby

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of 45 types of processed meat, poultry products and animal fats, including sausages, cold cuts, pâtés, minced products, pork fat and lard, to the prison in Herby and its external branch in Lubliniec. The contract is for 12 months, from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027. Deliveries are to be made successively according to the contracting authority’s current orders, using the supplier’s own suitable transport and at the supplier’s cost. The estimated quantities may be reduced by up to 30%, and payment is made only for goods actually delivered; the draft contract provides for the contracting authority to fulfil at least 70% of the gross contract value.
