Software supply for collection inventory at CRP

Summary

The tender covers the design, supply, installation, configuration and implementation of an integrated museum collection management system. The system must include collection inventory modules, a repository for digitised objects, a public API and a portal for presenting selected objects, documentation and multimedia. The scope also includes pre-implementation analysis, a technical design, data and multimedia migration, testing, user training, and maintenance and development services for 5 years. Development services must cover at least 200 hours in the first year and at least 100 hours in each following year. The portal must comply with WCAG 2.1 AA. The main implementation must be completed within 5 months of contract signature, and price is the only award criterion.
