Summary

The contract concerns the operation of a day support centre in Witnica. The contractor must provide social services for children and young people, including care, learning support, leisure activities, meals, outings and day-to-day running of the facility. The contract runs for 20 months from signing, but not earlier than 1 October 2026. Bids are evaluated on price (70%) and service quality (30%). The bidder must meet experience requirements, submit the required declarations and documents, provide a bid security of PLN 5,000, and have civil liability insurance of at least PLN 100,000. The notice also restricts participation to bidders with at least 30% employment of persons with disabilities under Article 94(1)(1).
