Provision of the service "Information system for application intake and settlement"

Summary

The tender concerns the design, implementation, training, documentation, maintenance and further development of an IT system for handling grant applications and their settlement. The contract is a single lot, to be performed in stages up to 30 June 2029, with a possible extension of maintenance and development services until 31 December 2030 if the project is extended. The award criteria are price and the response time to critical errors. The bidder must provide a bid security of PLN 4,000 and, before contract signature, performance security equal to 5% of the maximum gross remuneration. The bidder must also meet the technical and professional experience requirements and submit the declarations and documents listed in the tender documents.
