Supply of computer equipment and software for the needs of Wisznia Mała Municipality and its educational units

Summary

The procurement is divided into five lots and covers the supply or implementation of servers, data storage and network equipment, security, backup and administrative software, computers and printers, educational robots, and an information-security awareness platform for up to 60 users. Tender guarantees are required for lots 1, 2 and 5 in the amounts of PLN 2,500, PLN 4,000 and PLN 700 respectively; a performance guarantee is also required. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 24 August 2026 at 10:00. Price generally accounts for 60% and the warranty period for 40% of the score; for lot 5, additional platform functionality is assessed instead of the warranty period. The delivery or performance period is 21 or 30 days, depending on the lot.
