Supply of equipment and delivery of training under the Cybersecure Local Government project

Summary

The tender covers the supply, configuration, implementation, integration, testing and documentation of servers, data storage and network devices, backup and DLP software, security software and uninterruptible power solutions, together with training services. Deliveries and training will take place at the Gmina Sośno premises, and the contract must be completed by 21 September 2026. The tender deadline is 21 August 2026 at 08:00, with opening at 08:10. The bidder must demonstrate the required experience and provide a certified and experienced team. The tender must include descriptions of the offered equipment and software sufficient to verify compliance with the minimum technical requirements. All equipment and software must be new; equipment must bear the CE marking and have the required conformity documents. The minimum warranty period is 3 years. A warranty of 3 to 5 full years may be offered, while periods exceeding 5 years receive no additional points. Tenders are evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty period exceeding the required minimum (40%). No tender guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 2% of the total tender price before contract signature. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish, and only one tender may be submitted by each bidder.
