Reconstruction of the internal road in Stary Olsztyn

Summary

The tender covers reconstruction of an internal road in Stary Olsztyn over approximately 209.50 metres. The works include setting out, earthworks and formation preparation, a crushed-stone base, asphalt concrete paving, shoulders, finishing works, and installation of road signs and markings. The completed road will be 5 metres wide with traffic category KR-2; the asphalt concrete will comprise a 5 cm binder course and a 4 cm wearing course. The completion period is up to 8 months from contract signature. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 11:00. The bid guarantee is PLN 4,000 and the performance security is 5% of the total gross tender price. Tenders will be evaluated by price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty is 60 months, while a warranty of at least 72 months receives 40 points under that criterion.
