Adaptation of the forest nursery office building into offices – second procedure

Summary

The tender concerns the adaptation of a forest nursery office building into office premises and is divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers the rebuilding and adaptation of the building, surfacing within the planned fence area and construction of an access ramp; Lot 2 covers a gravel-surfaced area and parking spaces, including a space for persons with disabilities. The completion period is 90 days for each lot. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, and evaluation is based on price at 60% and warranty period at 40%. The bid must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s platform by 31 August 2026 at 00:00. The bid guarantee is PLN 7,800 for Lot 1 and PLN 1,800 for Lot 2.
