Adaptation of rooms and workshops under the project "School creates – I choose"

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to adapt rooms and workshops in a school building under the project "School creates – I choose". The contractor must carry out renovation and finishing works, including surface preparation, levelling, plaster finishing, sanding, painting and installation of wall panels, using materials not worse than those specified in the bill of quantities. The bid must be submitted electronically, in Polish, and the contractor must be able to complete the works within 30 days from contract signing, no later than 24 September 2026. The award criteria are price, shortening the completion time and a social aspect. The bidder must also meet the technical experience requirement and submit the required declarations and references.
