Conservation works in selected rooms of the Palace of Culture and Science

Summary

The tender concerns conservation works in selected rooms of the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw. The contractor must carry out works in several specified rooms, including protection and dismantling works, conservation of plaster, mouldings, wooden joinery, metalwork, floors, lighting and finishes, while keeping safe passage for museum staff between the exhibition area and the door in room 1.41 and the lift in room 1.43. The main participation requirements are civil liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000, one relevant reference contract worth at least PLN 500,000 gross, and at least one conservation specialist meeting the statutory heritage-protection requirements. The bid must be submitted electronically; no lotting, bid security or performance bond is required.
