Adaptation of the village community centre building in Grupa

Summary

The tender concerns the conversion and change of use of part of a building in Grupa into a village community centre. The works include new internal installations and building systems, replacement of windows, construction of a new entrance and external stairs, and finishing works. The area to be adapted is approximately 43.44 m² and is designed for up to six people. The expected contract period is 3 months.
