Construction of a complex of single-family semi-detached residential buildings with the necessary infrastructure and site development under the project “Start of the Young, Comfort of Seniors”

Summary

This is a construction contract for building a residential complex in Choszczno: ten detached single-family houses, ten utility buildings and four parking shelters for 20 parking spaces, together with site works and technical infrastructure. The contract duration is 15 months. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%), with a minimum warranty of 60 months and a maximum evaluated warranty of 84 months. A bidder must show at least one completed construction contract worth at least PLN 2,500,000 gross from the last 5 years and provide key site staff with the required construction licences. Bids and supporting documents must be submitted electronically.
