Modernisation of communication routes – second procedure

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for the modernisation of the communication corridors on level -1 in the building of the State Music School Complex No. 4 in Warsaw. The works include removal of existing gres and terrazzo cladding, debris removal and disposal, repair of floor cracks and losses, installation of new manhole covers, new grey 60 x 30 gres cladding, preparation of walls and ceilings for painting, painting with ceramic paints, and application of a lacquered wall strip along the modernised corridors. The tender is a standard procedure, offers must be submitted electronically, and the bidder must have completed the required site visit. The main participation requirement is proof of at least two similar renovation or ceramic cladding contracts worth at least PLN 120,000.00 each.
