Supply of EMS remote access client licences

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of EMS remote access client licences for the contracting authority’s VPN client management solution. The contract covers Forticlient EMS server licences, or equivalent, of the Zero Trust Network Access type for 48 months from 18 October 2026, with the ability to manage at least 3,000 VPN client applications simultaneously. The licences also come with a 48-month warranty. The bidder must submit the offer form and the documents required by the notice, meet the technical experience requirement, provide bid security of PLN 4,000, and comply with the exclusion grounds and joint-bidder rules.
