Purchase of equipment under the Cybersecure Local Government Project, Part II

Summary

The contract concerns the supply, installation and 24-month technical support of cybersecurity software systems for the Mińsk Mazowiecki commune: backup, SIEM, XDR, DLP and ITOM solutions. The bidder must deliver and implement the systems at the locations indicated by the contracting authority, provide Polish-language technical support, and ensure response times of up to 4 hours for critical issues and up to 48 hours for other issues. The tender is awarded on the basis of price only. The bidder must also provide civil liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000 per event, evidence of at least two similar deliveries worth at least PLN 100,000 each in the last 3 years, a bid security of PLN 5,000, and a performance bond of 5% of the contract price.
