Lease for operating a riding school and visitor farm at Nordtvet Farm

Summary

Oslo Municipality, Grorud District, is leasing parts of Nordtvet Farm’s buildings and outdoor areas for the operation of a riding school and visitor farm as a public-facing, affordable community venue. The fixed-term lease is planned to start in spring 2027 and run until 31 December 2029. Rent, including electricity, is NOK 10,000 per month through 31 August 2027 and NOK 15,000 per month from 1 September 2027, with annual adjustment in line with the consumer price index starting on 1 January 2028.
