Design-and-build contract for new supervision and staff housing at Fossan 30

Summary

Trøndelag District Court is procuring the design and construction of a turnkey residential building at Fossan 30, next to Peder Morset Folk High School. The building will contain four independent one-bedroom dwellings for supervision staff, apprentices and employees, with associated technical systems, fixed fittings and appliances, utility connections, access and outdoor areas, and handover documentation. Demolition of the existing building and provision of parking are excluded.
