Contractor procurement for the Bestumkilen coastal path

Summary

Oslo Municipality’s Urban Environment Agency is procuring construction works for a new coastal path in Bestumkilen, running from the existing path near Maxbo by Drammensveien 214 past Drammensveien 198. The approximately 480-metre-long, two-metre-wide route will include a boardwalk on piles and gravel sections across public and privately owned land, with widened areas for benches and places to pause. The works include construction in the water and handling contaminated soil; the contract is expected to run from November 2026 to July 2027.
