Advisory services for campus development
Summary
Høgskolen i Østfold is procuring advisory services for the development and delivery of a new campus solution in Fredrikstad. The services will support the project owner during the competition, negotiations and contract award, and help safeguard the college’s interests through to the planned completion of the new campus in 2030.
