Manned Model Shiphandling Courses (Reissued Procurement)

Summary

The Norwegian Coastal Administration is procuring manned model shiphandling training for the Norwegian Pilot Service in two lots. Lot 1 covers advanced training and requires the supplier to provide the training facility, ship models, technical personnel, tugboat operators, accommodation, meals and local transport; the authority provides the instructors. Lot 2 is a complete introductory course, including the facility, ship models, qualified instructors, accommodation, specified meals and local transport. Separate contracts will be awarded for each lot, with an initial term of 36 months and two 12-month extension options.
