Independent external evaluation of eKommune

Summary

The five municipalities of Fjord, Giske, Haram, Sula and Ålesund are procuring an independent external evaluation of their eKommune Sunnmøre cooperation on ICT operations, digitalisation and municipal services. The evaluation will examine results, finances and resource use, governance and allocation of responsibilities, and municipalities’ and users’ experiences, and provide clear, prioritised recommendations for future development and organisation.
