Sludge pumping, sand trap emptying and pipeline network maintenance

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement with a single supplier able to cover the following utility and building operation areas: sludge pumping from all municipal and private sewer systems within the municipal pumping scheme; sand trap emptying on municipal roads; camera inspection, flushing and high-pressure jetting of the pipeline network; and assistance in case of acute pipe blockages with rapid response. The purpose of the contract is to enhance the municipality's operation and maintenance within water and sewer services by centralizing responsibility with one supplier, providing better oversight, fewer interfaces, faster response times, and more holistic follow-up.
