Framework agreement – risk assessments for Sjøfartsdirektoratet

Summary

The framework agreement is for consultancy services in risk analysis and other safety-related topics. It will provide access to capacity and/or specialized expertise, as well as independent professional assessments when needed. The services will support the Directorate's work on maritime safety, the environment and preparedness. Tasks will include mapping industry activities in risk management, safety and security; verifying that assessments have been conducted in accordance with applicable regulations, recognized practices and set objectives. Some tasks may be investigative in nature — clarifying the status of a field, knowledge base or risk landscape for a particular fleet or activity. Awards under the framework agreement may vary year to year depending on funding and whether the Directorate coordinates other public-sector projects in the area.
