FUMO vehicle leasing 2027

Summary

Fryske Utfieringstsjinst Miljeu en Omjouwing (FUMO) is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for full operational leasing of its service vehicle fleet, with closed calculations and no division into lots. The fleet comprises 10 electric passenger cars used as pool vehicles and 10 diesel commercial vehicles, some with four-wheel drive, for supervision, enforcement, on-call duties and inspections; the estimated value is €1,880,000 excluding VAT over a maximum term of eight years. The scope also covers turnkey delivery of commercial vehicles with fitting-out, branding and journey-registration equipment, as well as temporary and replacement vehicles and related leasing services.
