Tender detail
Connecting road junctions at Dorpsstraat and Waterrijklaan and four bus stops
Summary
The procurement covers reconstruction of the Noorderveenweg from Kaaikpad to Waterrijklaan, including junctions at Dorpsstraat and Waterrijklaan and construction of four bus stops. The works include approximately 2,500 m² of road base, 3,000 m² of asphalt, excavation of 2,000 m³ of soil, 180 metres of anchored steel sheet piling and about 900 m² of paving. The works must be phased to maintain traffic flow and access. Temporary traffic measures and coordination of traffic signal and public lighting works are included, but installation of the traffic signals and public lighting is not. This is a two-stage restricted procedure. Applicants first submit a participation request with a signed European Single Procurement Document and references demonstrating relevant experience; selected candidates are then invited to tender. Requests must be submitted electronically through TenderNed by 6 November 2026 at 12:00. In the selection stage, references for infrastructure works in an urban environment and installation of steel sheet piling are scored up to 100 points. At the tender stage, price is the only award criterion, and the contract goes to the compliant tender with the lowest price. Applicants must have the required insurance, a VCA** or equivalent occupational safety system, and an ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management system. The application must also include a signed declaration concerning EU sanctions against Russia and Belarus. Exclusion grounds and an integrity assessment under the Dutch Bibob legislation may also affect eligibility. The contract is not divided into lots, and variants are not permitted.
