Replacement of the Case Management System 2028

Summary

The Municipality of Zoetermeer is procuring a single SaaS case-management system, including implementation, configuration and migration of cases, documents, metadata, access rights and history. The scope also covers integrations with municipal applications, user and administrator support and training, and ongoing management, maintenance, support and further development. The system is expected to handle approximately 160,000 cases per year; the contract is planned for 4 years with up to six one-year extensions, and go-live is expected on 1 August 2028.
