End-user and workplace devices

Summary

The Municipality of Haarlem is procuring, for the municipalities of Haarlem and Zandvoort, a single-supplier framework agreement for advice, supply, implementation and support of end-user and workplace devices and accessories. The scope includes laptops, smartphones, tablets, docking stations, monitors, keyboards, mice and related accessories, together with standard services and optional additional support such as device rollout, repairs, relocation assistance and responsible collection and processing of old equipment. The agreement has an initial term of 2 years, with three possible one-year extensions, and a maximum value of EUR 11.5 million excluding VAT. It is not divided into lots.
