Buurtkracht Assen – Social and other specific services

Summary

The Municipality of Assen is procuring integrated social support for residents across Wmo services, youth services, welfare and livelihood security. The provider will strengthen the social foundation in neighbourhoods and organise and deliver accessible basic support through recognisable neighbourhood teams, working with residents, community networks and local partners. The single contract has an estimated total value of €282,453,000; it starts on 1 July 2028 for 4 years, with two possible 3-year extensions.
