Adult Education in Noord-Holland Noord

Summary

The Municipality of Alkmaar is procuring one region-wide adult education service for North Holland North, with no division into lots. The service will provide formal courses in Dutch as a first and second language (NT1 and NT2), literacy, numeracy and digital skills for adults who are not required to undergo civic integration and have insufficient basic skills. Courses are intended to improve participants’ everyday independence, social participation and opportunities for work or further education. The contract is planned to run from 1 August 2027 for an initial three years, with two possible two-year extensions.
