Fuels – supply of HVO100

Summary

Vitens N.V. is procuring HVO100 supply and pumping into existing tanks for emergency generators at its sites under a single framework agreement. GTL may be used only as a temporary substitute if HVO100 is demonstrably unavailable and Vitens has given prior written instructions. The estimated volume is 1,415,000 litres over a maximum term of eight years, including 215,000 litres for additional stock; the combined maximum for HVO100 and GTL is 1,800,000 litres, with no guaranteed minimum purchase. The initial four-year term starts on 1 February 2027 and may be extended twice by two years, up to 31 January 2035.
