Management of Sittard-Geleen municipal parking garages

Summary

The Municipality of Sittard-Geleen is procuring operational management of its parking facilities in Sittard and Geleen under one lot. The service covers on-site and remote management, first-line maintenance of parking equipment and other installations, cleaning, supplies, parking subscriptions, collection and administration of parking revenue, reporting and quality assurance. The scope includes four public garages with 1,475 spaces, a subscription garage on Groenstraat and the Zuyderland hospital garage with 1,050 spaces. The contract is for four years, with two possible two-year extensions.
