Renovation and maintenance of sewage pumping stations

Summary

The Municipality of Buren is procuring a framework agreement for two lots covering sewage pumping stations of types C, D, E and F: maintenance and inspection, and partial renovation. The maintenance lot covers approximately 935 stations and includes annual inspections, recording results in the maintenance management system, and related upkeep. The renovation lot covers planned and urgent mechanical, electrical and civil works, including replacement of pump-well components, control cabinets and instrumentation. The agreement is scheduled to run for 24 months from 1 January 2027, with two possible 12-month extensions.
