Procurement, installation and configuration of a planning and capacity management tool

Summary

The Dutch Education Inspectorate (IVHO) is procuring an on-premises planning and capacity management tool to replace its current Excel-based planning tool. The single lot covers the tool’s procurement, installation and configuration, with further development possible during the option years. The initial term is four years, with two possible two-year extensions (maximum eight years); the estimated value is €1,200,000 excluding VAT for the initial term and €2,225,000 excluding VAT for the coming years, as indicative estimates.
